Stylish and Good Location
A decent location makes a difference and if you are traveling to be part of the night life and shopping of Sao Paulo this is the place to stay.
POSITIVES: The hotel is attractive and clean. The rooms are spacious. The showers are fantastic. The breakfast in the morning is great. Rooms are quiet.
NEGATIVES: The internet connection however is about the worst I have ever experienced or paid for. A decent location makes a difference and if you are traveling to be part of the night life and shopping of Sao Paulo this is the place to stay.

Comentário sobre Hospedagem
Prezados,
- Não nos pareceu à altura de outros estabelecimentos e na presteza/cordialidade, a exemplo:
a) - Entramos no Hotel às 21;00 hrs no dia da entrada (+ que 07 horas após o início da diária), e, na saída, quando pedimos se poderíamos ficar umas 05 horas além (saída - domingo), a contrapartida seria o pagamento de 1/2 diária.
b) - Demais Hotéis em que passamos, nunca foi exigido um pagamento para a cama extra da criança, sendo que o Golden Tulip cobrou na maior normalidade R$ 90,00/dia.
c) - Fraco o serviço de auxílio, pois hóspedes tiveram que levar as malas.

early check in
Fiquei na suite achando que o quarto ia ser diferente do quarto standard no qual ja havai ficado anteriormente mas o quarto era praticamente igual, muito bom, pois gosto muito dio quarto standard mas esperava mais do suite. A limpeza é excelente , das melhores dos hotéis da categoria. Fui muito bem recebida ao chegar no domingo de manhã e o hotel é bem silencioso.
O único incoveniente que tive foi o atendimento por telefone antes de chegar o hotel, queria fazer o early check in e os funcionários que me atenderam colocaram muita dificuldade , mesmo eu dizendo que certamente pagaria meia diaria pelo early check in, foi de um ponto que quase cancelo antes de chegar e da proxima vez que precisar de early check in evitarei ficar no golden toul Fiquei na suite achando que o quarto ia ser diferente do quarto standard no qual ja havai ficado anteriormente mas o quarto era praticamente igual, muito bom, pois gosto muito dio quarto standard mas esperava mais do suite. I am a business traveller and old customer of the hotel since 1994 my comments are constructive.
The new property is not demostrating a great marketing vew.
Reception professional, kind, operating.
The improvement and the refurbishing of the rooms just acceptable but the fornitures at limit of acceptance in looking and efficiency. Poor the guests who did not ask a good room, knowing the problems.
The interent service it is ridicolous for the price asked daily.
Breakfast lost the Brasilian style, just at limit.
Cleaning personnel efficient and educated but missing details like used glasses not changed.
Room price ridicolus, depending on the day of the week.

very good but can be improved
excellent installations. staff very cooperative and helpfull.
2 limitations :
rooms sometimes are cold and central heating is off
rooms prone to invasion by mosquitoes from nearby trees and although promised in reception no corrective action was performed.

Bastante agradável!!
Estive hospedada por 3 dias, com um ótimo atendimento, funcionários gentis e educados. Limpeza do quarto muito boa! Apartamento ótimo, sem barulho, externo e também de refrigerador no quarto! Boa localização! Muito boa comida! Parabéns! mantenham o nivel!

communications to be improved
